Please note that all services offered on this website are digital design only. No physical products will be shipped. We do not offer printing services. When placing an order, you agree and understand that you are purchasing a digital product, which will be delivered electronically via email.
If you need help finding a print service after receiving your design, feel free to ask. We'll gladly recommend third-party printers you can use.
Turnaround time
The design process officially starts after we have received all required details, content, and inspiration from the client. Please note that you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours via email to confirm that all necessary information has been received.
Any delays in submitting this information will result in a delayed turnaround time.

Typical processing time for custom designs is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the project type and workload.
Rush processing is available only for selected services at an additional fee. If a rush order is purchased, the new turnaround time will be discussed based on the project.

Plan ahead! If you have a specific launch date for your business or event, we highly recommend booking your project in advance to prevent any last-minute delays. Quality design takes time, and we are committed to delivering the best results for your brand.

Clear design direction is required to ensure we bring your vision to life. We ask you to provide specific details for your project. This includes: preferred color scheme, font styles (if applicable), any inspiration or reference images, a description of the aethestic or mood you want to achieve. We do not work on vague requests - the more details, the better!
Revisions
A revision includes minor changes like adjusting fonts, colours, or placement. Three (3) revisions are included with each project. After the third revision, additional revisions are charged at $10 per revision.
Images
All images provided must be high-quality, professional images with no filters or alterations. If you do not have high-quality images, stock images can be provided at an additional fee of $10 USD. Please add it to your cart.
Rush order fee
Need it fast? Get your order in 48 hours for an additional $40 USD! The service fee will be available under the selected service.

Before proceeding with any booking, we kindly ask that you review our design style and past work to ensure it aligns with your vision. To avoid any misunerdstandings or disappointment, we strongly encourage you to explore our Instagram page prior to placing the order.
By continuing with your booking, you acknowledge that you are confident in our creative direction and are ready to move forward with your project. We're excited to bring your vision to life, but it all starts with being the right creative match!
Final project
The final project will be delivered in PNG, PDF or JPEG format depending on the client's request. No additional changes will be made once the final files have been sent out.
Payment
All payments must be submitted through our website at checkout. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that all transactions are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Refunds and cancellation
All sales are final and non-refundable. In rare cases, if I am unable to complete your project due to personal reasons, illness or unforseen circustomances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your project.
Right to refuse services
We reserve the right to cancel any project if the client is rude, difficult to work with, uncooperative, or engages in disrepectful behavior. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, aggression, or any form of violence.
Promotion
By booking with Betterself Digitals, you agree that your completed work may be showcased on our social media platforms and portfolio for promotional purposes.
